RIC (Roman Imperial Coinage) is the monumental set (X volumes in 13 parts) of standard reference books for identifying Roman coins. Think of RIC as a catalogue covering all Roman coins minted c. 31 BC - 491 AD. It was a collective work, written and edited by many authors and published between 1923 and 1994.
