NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED ISSUE. RIC does not list issue with PAR m.m. However, Bruun in footnote 249 on p. 261 mentions among other irregular coins "an unusual Crispus coin, rev. DOMINOR NOSTROR VOT/XX, m.m. PAR". It links to actual specimen which is probably unofficial.
